Jon Moxley seems to be all anyone can talk about at the moment. On Saturday evening, he made his All Elite Wrestling debut at the end of Double or Nothing, and then less than 48 hours later it was revealed that he will be debuting for NJPW next month.
Following on from his WWE departure and subsequent AEW debut, Moxley appeared on Chris Jericho’s Talk Is Jericho podcast to air his grievances about his creative direction with WWE, where he spoke of his issues with Vince McMahon.
For what it’s worth: I’ve talked to several people connected to WWE regarding the Moxley / Jericho podcast. They all agree w/ Mox. He’s not saying anything others aren’t thinking. One quote I got was “It’s all true, it’s a mess. And it’s not changing anytime soon. Vince is Vince”

The report suggests that many within WWE currently also are not fond of the way Vince handles things creatively, with one star saying “it’s all true, it’s a mess. And it’s not changing anytime soon. Vince is Vince”.
With some current WWE stars clearly unhappy with their bosses management of the company, it can be long until many others follow Moxley’s lead and jump ship to AEW.
