WWE stars Grayson Waller and Bayley have thrown shade on one another ahead of John Cena’s return to SmackDown.
It has now been announced that John Cena will join Grayson Waller on the Grayson Waller Effect during next week’s (September 15) edition of SmackDown.
Bayley has taken issue with this announcement, taking to Twitter to note:
I personally think the DING DONG HELLO SHOW would’ve been much better for the 🐐
Waller simply replied:
Ding Dong Hell No
Cena and Waller have history, with the rising star interrupting the 16-time world champion at the Money in the Bank premium live event on July 1.
The confrontation got physical, with Waller sucker punching Cena, before the Hollywood star dropped him with an Attitude Adjustment.
Cena will be sticking around with WWE for a while, with The Champ set to appear on every edition of SmackDown from now through to the end of October.
John Cena was also in action at the September 9 Superstar Spectacle event, which you can read more about right here.
