WWE Stars ‘Working On’ Getting AJ Lee To Return To The Company

A pair of WWE stars are actively “working on” getting AJ Lee to make a return to the company amid continuous fan speculation.

Ever since CM Punk made his once unlikely return to WWE at Survivor Series 2023, fans have had their hopes high for his wife AJ Lee to potentially join him in the company one day also.

With almost a year passing between Punk’s return and now there is no word on if we will see that come to fruition, however, a pair of WWE stars are working on making it a reality.

Speaking to TVInsider ahead of WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, Cora Jade was asked whether she thinks we’ll see an AJ Lee return in the future, to which she said that herself and Roxanne Perez are working on making it happen.

Jade said:

“I don’t know. I hope so. I’m working on it. Me and Roxy are always badgering him about it.

“I know he is doing it to her as well, so we’ll see. If it happens, you’ll have to thank me.”

This is not the first time Jade has spoken publicly about her wish to see Lee return, with herself, Bayley and Liv Morgan all attempting to apply some healthy peer pressure to the 37-year-old via Twitter recently.

Lee’s last WWE match came on the March 30, 2015 episode of Raw, which was also the last time the two-time former WWE Divas Champion ever competed inside a wrestling ring.
