Update On WWE SummerSlam 2023 Setup & Ticket Sales WWE

An update has emerged on ticket sales for WWE SummerSlam, which will emanate from Detroit Michigan on August 5.

The Biggest Party of the Summer will arrive at the Ford Field this August, with tickets for the highly anticipated event going on sale on April 14.

Per WrestleTix, as of 8:37am ET on Monday (May 15), WWE had distributed 39,849 tickets for the event.

With the venue currently set up to hold 44,604 fans, there were 4,755 seats available at the time of the report.

It was noted that two new sections of the arena have now been opened up, increasing the capacity of the Ford Field, as you can see in the graphic below.

As of writing, WWE hasn’t announced any matches for the event.

Last week was a big one for WWE, with the two finalists determined for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Seth Rollins will face AJ Styles for the new title at the May 27 Night of Champions premium live event, with Rollins advancing to the finals on Raw, and Styles qualifying on SmackDown.
