WWE SummerSlam Kicks Off With Raw Women’s Championship Match WWE

Kicking off a massive WWE SummerSlam card, the WWE Raw Women’s Championship match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch.

With champion Bianca Belair defending her beloved championship against the desperate to win it back Lynch kicking off the show, there is still plenty of huge action left to go in the show.

In the final third of the match, both of the women looked battered as Becky Lynch hit Bianca Belair with a Diamond Dust from deep in her offensive arsenal however the Raw Women’s Champion was still able to kick out.

After hitting a KOD on Becky on the outside, it seemed as though she would surely be counted out however made it back into the ring before the ten count, shocking Belair.

Loaded on her shoulders for a KOD again, Becky was able to wiggle free but her respite was temporary as Bianca went to the middle rope but was instead met with a climbing Lynch.

After pulling Belair down from the top rope by her braid and hitting her with the Manhandle Slam, there was a close near fall but Becky just could not get to the three count.

Bianca Belair hit a Spanish Fly into a KOD to get the pinfall victory and retain the WWE Raw Women’s Championship after a hard fought battle.

Elsewhere on the show, Belair’s husband Montez Ford and his Street Profits tag team partner Angelo Dawkins will take on the Bloodline’s Jimmy & Jey Uso for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships.

Scheduled to close the show, the massive main event between Brock Lesnar and Undisputed WWE Champion Roman Reigns in a last man standing match as the Money in the Bank briefcase holder Theory continues to lurk in the shadows.
