With Pete Dunne competing in singles action on Monday’s (July 8) Raw episode, it was mentioned on commentary that Tyler Bate will be “out of action for a bit” after suffering an injury during a match on last week’s NXT.

Tyler Bate has now taken to Instagram to announce that he has now had surgery to fix a torn pectoral muscle and tendon.

Sharing photos of himself in a hospital bed, and in a sling, Bate captioned his post:

Tore my left pectoral major & tendon off the bone last week at NXT. Surgery yesterday was successful and all has been put back where it belongs.
