WWE Star Reveals Surprise Accessory He Wore For Recent Match

A WWE star has sent out a public message of thanks after receiving a custom accessory, one he would later wear in the ring on WWE TV.

NXT star Jagger Reid (FKA James Drake) initially put out a tweet prior to the August 15 edition of NXT revealing he had been passed on a custom bracelet by NXT boss Shawn Michaels.

The bracelet had Reid’s faction name ‘Schism’ spelt out, with the former NXT UK Tag Champion announcing he would wear the gift on that night’s broadcast.

Reid said:

This was passed on to me by @ShawnMichaels.

Whoever made this, thank you! I’ll wear this tonight. #WWENXT

And Reid did exactly that, later posting a picture of himself wearing the bracelet during his entrance, alongside another message of thanks, saying:

Maximum effort.

Thank you for the bracelet! #WWENXT

Reid and Dyad partner Rip Fowler (FKA Zack Gibson) opened the show this week on NXT in an NXT Tag Title match against recently crowned champions The Family (Tony D’Angelo & Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo).

Unfortunately for the Dyad, Tony D and Stacks were successful in their first title defence, with the Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus) costing the former Grizzled Young Veterans the match.
