A WWE star made a return on tonight’s NXT to reunite with her former partner after an acrimonious ending between the pair.
TNA Wrestling star Rosemary return to WWE NXT to take on Tatum Paxley with Wendy Choo at ringside in Rosemary’s corner.
However, when Paxley picked up the victory via pinfall but was prone to being attacked by the demonic Wendy Choo and Rosemary, instead she was saved by an old friend.
Former NXT Champion and current Raw star Lyra Valkyria ran out to make the save and chased off Choo and Rosemary, saving Paxley.
The pair would go on to embrace in the middle of the ring with Paxley even jumping into Lyra’s arms.
Elsewhere on the show, after Trick Williams and Pete Dunne couldn’t be contained brawling backstage, instead NXT GM Ava sent them to the ring right away to settle the score.
Pete Dunne attacked Trick Williams on Sunday at WWE NXT No Mercy while Williams was serving as a guest referee for the NXT Championship match between Ethan Page and Joe Hendry.
