WWE will once again have a show going head-to-head with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Rampage later this month.
On October 29, a one-hour Talking Smack episode is scheduled to air on FS1 from 10pm ET, meaning it’ll be directly against Rampage for that hour.
SmackDown from 8pm-10pm will be on FS1 that night too, much like it was this past Friday, but without the extra half-hour.
There’s no word on whether Talking Smack airing on FS1 is a permanent deal, as it has usually aired on Peacock/WWE Network until now.
It might only be Talking Smack, but it’ll be interesting to see how many big names WWE puts on there and if it’s a conscious effort to at least take some, even if it’s only a small number, of viewers away from AEW.
That week’s Rampage will be a show taped two days earlier after Dynamite on October 27, not live like it was this past Friday.
