WWE To Tape Upcoming Episodes Of NXT

WWE is preparing to tape multiple episodes of NXT, which airs on the USA Network every Tuesday, ahead of the new year.

NXT will hold its ‘Deadline’ special this Saturday on December 10. After the ‘fall-out’ edition of NXT on December 13, the next two episodes will not be live.

Per PWInsider, WWE will tape matches and segments for the December 20 and 27 episodes next Wednesday (December 14).

NXT will reportedly resume live episodes in the new year with the January 3, 2023.

At NXT Deadline, two Iron Survivor Challenge #1 contender matches will take place.

In the women’s bout, Cora Jade, Indi Hartwell, Kiana James, Roxanne Perez and Zoey Stark will face off to determine the next challenger for Mandy Rose’s NXT Women’s Title.

The men’s bout will see Axiom, Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, JD McDonagh and Joe Gacy battle for a shot at the NXT Championship.

The NXT Championship will also be on the line during the special, with Bron Breakker set to defend his gold against Apollo Crews.
