If you have been paying attention you may have noticed The Forgotten Sons have not been on tv for a while. Now, we know it will be even longer before we see them again.
This is, of course, due to Jaxson Ryker’s tweet supporting Donald Trump during the Black Lives Matter protests. Fightful Select (subscription required) has reported a number of new details regarding the team’s current state. Ryker’s tweets have landed him in hot water in the locker room and they are being kept off television as a result.
The team was in line for a rivalry with the New Day before being taken off tv. They also reported that there are many who feel bad for Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler for being roped in with Ryker. It should also be said that there is reportedly no heat on either of them.
Many WWE stars like Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens spoke out against Ryker in the midst of the protests. Wrestling is known to be a predominantly left-leaning medium so it is not surprising that many would take issue to his comments.
