Tonight on Raw and tomorrow on SmackDown Live we will see the WWE Superstar Shake-Up, with stars from Raw, SmackDown Live, 205 Live and NXT all swapping brands in the name of variety.
As we’ve seen in past years, some pretty big names have made the brand switch, and this year seems to be no different as an article on WWE.com is teasing none other than Roman Reigns could be moving from Raw to SmackDown Live.
In an article headlined “5 moves we want to see in the 2019 Superstar Shake-up“, WWE writers hint that the Big Dog could be on his way to Tuesday nights.
Roman has been one of WWE’s main event players since the brand extension in 2016, dominating the Raw main event with multiple WrestleMania main events under his belt.
Now that he’s back from his leukaemia treatment, it could be the perfect time to shake things up a bit, especially given the lack of momentum he has coming out of WrestleMania.
Fresh feuds and a new persona could work wonders for Reigns, who has significantly cooled off since returning to WWE.
SmackDown Live is moving to Fox in October 2019, so it’s no secret WWE will want to pack the brand with some of its biggest stars. Could Roman be one of them?
