WWE Hall Of Famer Praises ‘Unbelievable’ NXT Talent WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has praised a new NXT Champion, describing them as “unbelievable” and “talented” but also issued adviced for the future.

WWE Hall of Famer and NXT commentator Booker T looked back at NXT Battleground on May 28 2023 during his Hall of Fame podcast.

On the show, Tiffany Stratton faced Lyra Valkyria for the vacant NXT Women’s Championship.

Looking at the match, Booker T commented on both NXT stars, saying:

“They went out and actually rocked it.

“A lot of ebbs and flows, ups and downs, spots I didn’t see coming, which was cool.”

He would then turn his attention towards Stratton in particular, adding:

“At the end of the day, what people are going to remember was that flawless Moonsault [from Stratton].

“I don’t think I’ve seen anybody do the Moonsault as good as Tiffany does … She’s unbelievable, talented.”

Booker T would then give advice to Stratton on what being a champion means, concluding:

“And I’m just hoping that winning the championship is going to make her a little bit smarter, more than anything.

“Because one thing about the business, getting the title is one thing, but understanding what that role means is so much more than having that championship around your waist, you know?

“So hopefully this title will make her a whole lot better.”

AEW’s Ace Steel recently discussed a number of NXT memories and shared his thoughts on Tiffany Stratton.

The number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship is to be determined by a battle royal on the June 6 episode.

Following her win at NXT Battleground, footage was shared of Stratton receiving a backstage ovation.

It had previously been reported that WWE personnel had named Tiffany Stratton as a factor in the ratings of NXT.
