WWE’s long-time former headquarters, known as Titan Towers has been sold according to a new report.
It was reported in September last year that WWE were looking to sell Titan Towers, which is located at 1241 East Main Street in Stamford, CT.
Now, according to a new update from CT Insider, WWE has now officially sold their former home for a fee of $3.75 million to real estate firm MB Financial Group.
According to the report the new buyers plan to convert the building into an apartment space.
Titan Towers was built over 40 years ago in 1981, with WWE officially moving into the building in 1985.
WWE’s current Global HQ is based in downtown Stamford, with the company moving into the building in March 2023.
The lease for their new HQ is reportedly for 16.5 years, with five five-year renewal options in place afterwards.
Titan Towers is not the only piece of property sold by WWE in recent months, with the company also parting with their former production facility on Hamilton Avenue to a developer for $7.5 million in December 2024.
