WWE Star Comments On Title Change WWE

WWE star Nathan Frazer has commented on winning the NXT Tag Team Championships alongside Axiom at NXT No Mercy.

At NXT No Mercy 2024, Nathan Frazer and Axiom defeated Chase U’s Andre Chase and Ridge Holland to win the NXT Tag Team Championships.

This win marked Axiom and Frazer’s second reign with the NXT Tag Team gold. During the course of the bout, the duo had another accidental miscommunication where Axiom drilled Frazer with a kick.

In an No Mercy digital exclusive, Axiom and Nathan Frazer were asked to comment on how it felt to be the champions again. They said:

Axiom: It feels incredible. Especially taking them from Chase U, it just felt right.

Nathan Frazer: My jaw hurts.

Axiom: I told you many times, I’m so sorry, but sometimes, you just have to go for that Ratio, and you were kind of in the middle of it. But hey, look at this, [holds up title], they’re back.

Frazer: Yeah, yeah, we are two-time NXT Tag Team Champions, but I think…why is it that we’re only successful when we’re kicking each other in the face? We still maybe need to work on our communication a little bit a little bit, but put it this way, we’re kicking each other in the face, and we’re still the best tag team in the world. Let’s go celebrate.

After their title win, Ridge Holland turned on Chase U by attacking Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Riley Osbourne while Thea Hail looked on in horror. Hudson reacted to Holland’s betrayal of Chase U, which you can read at this link.

Also, NXT GM Ava announced that there will be a number one contender’s match for the NXT Tag Team Championships featuring a TNA tag team, which you can read here.
