The New York Stock Exchange is gearing up for the first day of trading for WWE & Endeavor’s TKO Group Holdings.

The merger between the two companies will bring WWE and UFC under the same umbrella company with the transaction expected to close on September 12, 2023.

As previously reported, the result of the merger will see the company trading on the NYSE as TKO.

With the NYSE due to open for Tuesday’s trading shortly, a photo has emerged showing the outside of the building at 11 Wall St, New York.

The photo shows a massive banner bearing the UFC and WWE logos, with the TKO logo in between the two.

In front of the building are equally impressively sized UFC and WWE championship belts.
