The date for this year’s Tables, Ladders & Chairs (TLC) pay-per-view has been revealed, as per a recent report.
PWInsider has now confirmed that the annual pay-per-view will take place on December 19. The venue and location for the show has yet to be revealed.
When WWE released additional touring dates in August, it was announced that a ‘WWE PPV’ was scheduled for December 12 in Chicago. The report also stated that this show is currently not listed internally.
TLC has aired in December every year since 2009, with the exception of 2017, when the show took place in October.
At last year’s event, Roman Reigns defended the Universal Championship against Kevin Owens in a TLC bout, and Drew McIntyre retained the WWE Championship against AJ Styles and The Miz under the same stipulation.
Extreme Rules is the next pay-per-view on the WWE calendar, set to air this Sunday. On the show, Reigns will defend his Universal Title against ‘Demon’ Finn Balor, ahead of The Tribal Chief’s clash with Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel in October.
