WWE NXT star Ethan Page has named the TNA Wrestling stars he wants to face, teasing a big match with Nic Nemeth.
Speaking on The Takedown with SI, Page was asked about potential TNA dream matches, with WWE and TNA now in an official partnership.
Page argued that he has unfinished business with Joe Hendry, who he previously defended the NXT Championship against at No Mercy 2024.
Ethan Page then noted that he’s looking to cross paths with Nic Nemeth, noting that if they met in the ring, it’d be a big match.
The WWE star noted:
“Joe Hendry, arguably the most popular is what he likes to believe, or at least what he tweets every day, hoping people like it and retweet it. I’ve already beaten him. So there’s unfinished business there, I’ve already beaten the best in TNA.
“The guy that he beat, Nic Nemeth, I have never crossed paths with, and I was a TNA/IMPACT guy while he was a WWE and at one time NXT guy. Now, the roles have reversed. Now, I am the NXT guy, and he is Mr. TNA. So that to me is a big match that I would love to see happen. So if we could, I would.”
Nic Nemeth – who wrestled for WWE as Dolph Ziggler from 2004 to 2023 – recently challenged for a WWE championship, teaming with his brother Ryan Nemeth in a losing effort against NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom on the February 6 TNA iMPACT episode.
