WWE Files Interesting Trademark For Potential New Show

WWE has filed a new trademark with the United States Patent & Trademark Office that hints at a potential new show.

Filings show that on November 10, WWE filed to trademark “Iron Survivor Challenge”.

The description that accompanied the filing was as follows:

Entertainment services, namely, a show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information

There’s no word yet on exactly what the ‘Iron Survivor Challenge’ is, but the fact it’s called the ‘Iron Survivor Challenge’ means it already sounds pretty intriguing.

This is complete speculation, but perhaps it could be something to do with Survivor Series (because “survivor”), such as a new match stipulation or something like that.

Or maybe it’s just a different entity entirely. We’ll be sure to let you know when any more news on the Iron Survivor Challenge is revealed.
