WWE has filed to trademark a couple more names recently. These ones are interesting, however, as they both involve people who are not currently appearing on WWE. Those people are, of course, John Cena and Jon Moxley.
On October 8, WWE filed to trademark the name Dean Ambrose, the former alias of Moxley. Dean Ambrose was Moxley’s name in WWE and now they will ensure that only they can use the name. Here is the description of the trademark:

The other trademark they recently filed was for 16-time world champion John Cena. WWE trademarked the term “CeNation” which has been the name for Cena’s fanbase for a long time. Here is the description for this trademark:

John Cena has not been on WWE programming since losing to The Fiend at WrestleMania 36.
