With news that Endeavor is to purchase WWE and merge it with UFC, the time-sensitive bonuses for key executives have been revealed.
News broke today with the filings of the definitive agreement being made public and Brandon Thurston has highlighted the benefits for key members of the executive team.
According to “Item 5.02”, Paul Levesque (Triple H) and Nick Khan are set to receive $5 million and $15 million respectively.
These figures are subject to the sale being completed “on or before February 28, 2024 (unless such date is extended by the Company’s Board of Director, in its discretion).”
Triple H serves as WWE’s Chief Content Officer whilst Nick Khan is WWE’s Chief Executive Officer.
Vince McMahon has issued a statement to employees after news of the merger broke.
The management team for the merged company was revealed earlier today.
