A wholesome moment took place at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night event in St Louis, Missouri, featuring WWE star Randy Orton.
The 14 time WWE World Champion was shown in the crowd at this weekend’s show.
This wasn’t his only appearance of the night, with Orton having a special moment with a fighter following their big victory.
In the penultimate match of the night, Joaquin Buckley faced off against Nursulton Ruziboev in a Welterweight bout.
Buckley was ultimately victorious, winning the bout via unanimous decision.
Following this result, Buckley left the octagon and ran through the crowd to hug Randy Orton. The duo exchanged words before Buckley eventually returned to the Octagon.
You can watch a clip of this moment below.
The card was headlined by a heavyweight bout, with Derrick Lewis defeating Rodrigo Nascimento via TKO in the third round.
Lewis recently stated that he’s in talks with WWE, which you can read more about right here.
WWE and UFC both operate under the company TKO Group, following the merger under Endeavor in September 2023.
