The opening match for tonight’s Raw was a five-way elimination number one contender match to determine the challenger for Samoa Joe’s United States Title this Sunday at Stomping Grounds, and it was Ricochet who came out on top.
Cesaro was eliminated by Braun Strowman just a couple of minutes into the contest, and Bobby Lashley followed just a moment or two later.
However, they took advantage of the no DQ stipulation and took Strowman out, allowing Ricochet to land a 630 and eliminate Braun.
This left Ricochet and Miz who had a decent exchange for a good few minutes, but it was Ricochet who came out on top with a 630.

Quite a tasty match to look forward to, and if Ricochet prevails and captures the title, it’ll be his first championship on the WWE main roster.
