A major update has emerged via Netflix regarding the status of WWE Unreal season two and its upcoming release.
WWE Unreal debuted in 2025, with an unprecedented and divisive look at the inner workings of WWE.
The show featured many insider exposés and explanations, including how producers/agents do their jobs, how referees work with talent mid-match, and more.
A second season has now been officially confirmed and will be releasing as soon as January 20, 2026.
The official Netflix Sports Instagram page announced:
OFFICIAL: WWE: Unreal Season 2 will release on Netflix on January 20.
Participants for the upcoming season include Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Pat McAfee, Jelly Roll, R-Truth, IYO SKY, Naomi, Chelsea Green, Penta and Lyra Valkyria.
WWE Unreal divided opinion among fans and people in the industry, with Seth Rollins the latest name to come out and vocally disapprove of the idea of showing people so much insider footage of how WWE and the wrestling business operate – something that had been so protected for so many years.
We’ll keep you posted with any more further details on the new season as they emerge.
