WWE Star Wrestled While ‘Very Banged Up’ During Recent Feud

There has reportedly been talk within WWE about the toughness of a former champion, who has been wrestling while “very banged up.”

Per PWInsider, there has been a lot of talk between WWE talents recently “marveling at the toughness” shown by Damian Priest in recent months.

It was noted that Priest has been wrestling “very banged up” during his rivalry with Drew McIntyre.

Priest hasn’t had an easy ride, notably facing Drew McIntyre in a Sin City Street Fight at WrestleMania 41, ultimately losing to the Scottish Warrior.

Damian Priest was also involved in the US Championship four-way bout at WWE Backlash, facing off against McIntyre, LA Knight and champion Jacob Fatu.

One of the high spots in this match saw Priest deliver an elevated South of Heaven chokeslam off a platform through a set of tables in the crowd.

Following the match, Triple H indicated that Priest had a tooth knocked loose, noting that Priest had a tooth he was hoping would stay in his head.

Priest hasn’t wrestled since this fourway match.
