A WWE star has voiced their displeasure following an announcement made by SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis on last night’s episode.
On last night’s SmackDown from Columbia, SC, the seventh instalment in the match series between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade was made official for next week’s show in Brooklyn, NY (October 25).
Due to both men being unable to contain themselves from fighting during Aldis announcement regarding the match, he would later make an addition to the match for next week – that being a special guest referee in the form of LA Knight.
Knight has been dragged into the ongoing feud between Hayes and Andrade, having also defended his WWE United States Championship against both men in singles competition in weeks prior.
With the winner of the ‘Game Seven’ bout between Hayes and Andrade receiving a future shot at Knight’s US Title, Andrade was not best pleased with Aldis’ announcement – voicing his displeasure towards WWE on Twitter afterwards.
Andrade wrote:
Seriously @wwe with this type of referee
He is not a man, le faltan al cab….. #LAKnight
Number #7 Brooklyn!!! Last chance Kid #Melo
Andrade’s opponent Carmelo Hayes has yet to post his own reaction to the announcement.
Next week’s SmackDown will not only see a number one contender for the United States Championship crowned, but also a new challenger for The Bloodline’s WWE Tag Team Championships, as DIY take on the newly debuting Motor City Machine Guns.
