WWE Creative Wants To Wait Until WrestleMania 40 For Major Match WWE

The latest major twist in the ongoing Bloodline saga took place at SummerSlam, when Jimmy Uso made his return, costing his twin brother Jey Uso the Tribal Combat main event against Roman Reigns.

The turn is seemingly leading to a showdown between the two brothers, potentially at Payback next month, however, there is at least one person in the company wanting to hold off.

Taking to Twitter, WrestleVotes noted that ‘at least one’ creative force backstage in the company wants to wait until WrestleMania 40 next year to do the first match between the two brothers.

However, it is unlikely that will be the case, with the show still 35 weeks away.

They tweeted:

Hearing that at least one creative force backstage wants WWE to wait for WrestleMania to do the first Uso ‘Brother v Brother’ match.

However that’s unlikely at this point I’m told, with the feeling that 35 weeks is too long of a stretch.

Roman Reigns suffered an injury during the main event, but he is currently still slated for this week’s SmackDown show, and is not slated to miss any scheduled appearances as of now.
