Major WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Being Discussed WWE

A major WrestleMania 41 match is being discussed within WWE according to a new report.

With the Royal Rumble now just a week away, fans don’t have long to wait to find out who will be challenging for world championship gold at WrestleMania 41.

While matches such as Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena and Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair have reportedly been discussed internally in WWE, Fightful Select is reporting that a long-awaited match between Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair is also potentially on the cards for Las Vegas.

According to the report a match between Belair and Ripley is being discussed, however, at this time there is no firm plans in place, so this may ultimately not prove to be the direction WWE goes in.

Despite being regular foes during their time in WWE NXT, Ripley and Belair have remained apart from one another throughout their main roster runs, having yet to face-off one-on-one in a televised match since NXT Takeover Portland in 2019.

As noted in Fightful’s report, Ripley had been planned to face Belair at Money in the Bank 2022, during the latter’s WWE Raw Women’s Championship run, however, Ripley had to pull out due to injury, with Carmella taking her place.

We will provide an update on these plans and all further WrestleMania 41 updates when they become available.
