Uncertainty surrounding another WWE championship match potentially to be added to WrestleMania 41 has been revealed.

With 12 matches currently announced for the April 19-20 Show of Shows, there is a chance that another championship match could be added to the card.

Per Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, a decision has not yet been made on whether the Street Profits vs Motor City Machine Guns for the WWE Tag Team Championship will take place at WrestleMania 41, or on the SmackDown before.

In previous years WWE has labeled SmackDown prior to WrestleMania “WrestleMania SmackDown”. This show usually features big matches, with the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal previously finding its home on this WrestleMania go-home show.

As of writing, the only tag-team title confirmed to be defended at WrestleMania 41 is Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez’ Women’s Tag Team Championship.

The title challengers will be determined in a gauntlet match, which will take place on the April 11 SmackDown episode.
