A WWE star is pushing for his match to open WrestleMania 41 night one on April 19, at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Night one will see CM Punk get his WrestleMania main event against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, April 20 will see Cody Rhodes defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against John Cena.
Elsewhere on the two-night Premium Live Event, GUNTHER defends the WWE Heavyweight Championship against Jey Uso.
Speaking on the WWE WrestleMania 41 Vlog, Jey Uso has revealed that he hopes he gets to open night one of the show, saying:
“Saturday’s my day. I’m on the first night. I really hope I’m on first.
“Obviously I wanted to main event. We know that’s not gonna happen, which is okay with me.
“I feel like if you’re on the WrestleMania card period, that’s something big.
“It took me almost 10 years to get on the main card, so I’m humble with this. But I just wanna go first on night one if I can, set the tone of the show.”
