Valentino Khan DJing Sets At WWE WrestleMania 42, Wants To Heal Rey & Dominik Mysterio Rift WWE

Following on from his performance last year, Valentino Khan is set to DJ at WWE WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

The superstar DJ has previously done the business at WrestleMania 39, returning last year and now heads to the April 18 & 19 WWE PLE at Allegiant Stadium. He’d also perform at SummerSlam in 2021 and 2022.

Khan revealed the news on his own Twitter account, sharing a short video as he attempted to repair the rift that exists between Rey and Dominik Mysterio, posting:

“I’m back again DJing @wwe Wrestlemania in Vegas. Tried to get Dom & Rey Mysterio to hash it out. It didn’t go so well.

“Pull up for my sets April 18 & 19 at Allegiant Stadium + all weekend long at WWE World!

The tweet was accompanied by a video of Khan talking to Dominik and Rey, both of whom were excited that the DJ was going to be at this year’s WrestleMania.

With Khan telling both members of the Mysterio family that it would “be awkward” separately, he would go on to ask them to put an end to issues that they have had.

Neither would agree, even when Khan suggested that there should be a custody of Dominik Mysterio match, with the Judgment Day member pointing out that he’s “a grown ass man”.

Khan would suggest to Rey that Dominik could wear a mask, with the WWE Hall of Famer rejecting that idea in the same way that his son would put down the idea of a snake tattoo on his father’s neck.

With Dominik sharing that he hates Rey’s entrance music, Khan would ask if Rey was the real father of the Judgment Day member. Wearing a Latino Heat shirt, Rey would respond with “I don’t know. Am I?”

Even waving hello to his father was shot down, with Dominik suggesting an inappropriate gesture instead.

With no reconciliation on the table, both men would tell Khan to “just go DJ WrestleMania”, although it appears he’s still hopeful that he can bring them both back together.

Valentino Khan will have a live set on Night One and Two of WrestleMania 42, along with WWE World from April 16 to 19.

WrestleMania 42 Will Be Judgment Day For Both Mysterios.

This week’s WWE Raw saw the return of Rey Mysterio, adding himself to the Intercontinental Championship ladder match at WrestleMania 42, which will see Penta defend the title against the Hall of Famer, Je’Von Evans, JD McDonagh, Dragon Lee and Rusev.

That’s not the only match featuring members of Judgment Day on Night 2, with Dominik Mysterio facing off against Finn Balor, who was recently kicked out of the faction and is bringing ‘The Demon’ to face his former teammate.

April 18 will see Liv Morgan challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women’s World Championship, with a question mark hanging over the role Roxanne Perez may play in Judgment Day’s activities, having been brought into the faction by Balor.

Two championship opportunities and the chance for Dominik Mysterio to put ‘The Demon’ to bed will see quite the weekend for Judgment Day. McDonagh will no doubt be wary of Rey Mysterio, who seeks to capture his third Intercontinental Championship.

Judgment Day currently hold no WWE championships, although Mysterio is the AAA Mega Champion, with WrestleMania 42 playing a pivotal role in the fortunes and future of the faction.

Formed at WrestleMania 38, Judgment Day has seen major changes to its line-up since April 2022, with more no doubt to come.
