Future WWE WrestleMania Location Plans Revealed

With WrestleMania 42 seeing a change of location, a future location for the WWE Premium Live Event is seemingly already ‘on the books’.

Originally announced for New Orleans, it was recently reported that WrestleMania 42 will take place in Las Vegas in 2026.

Following the reports of a location change, news emerged that WWE was seeking to establish Las Vegas as a frequent home for WrestleMania.

Writing about future plans in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer has now revealed future plans involving WrestleMania.

Confirming previous rumors, Meltzer noted that WrestleMania 42 is still likely to be in Las Vegas, despite no official announcement having yet been made.

Addressing the future plans, Meltzer would also state that another WrestleMania in Las Vegas is ‘on the books’ though he did not specify which year that show would take place.

He had previously noted that the date for next year’s show is set to change, having previously been announced for April 11 & 12, 2026.

With no official confirmation of the 2026 Premium Live Event date and location, the backstage WWE reaction to the reports has since emerged.

An update has also emerged on plans to host WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia, noting it may be akin to the separate “Greatest Royal Rumble” event that took place in 2018, according to a longtime WWE employee.
