International City ‘Determined’ To Host WWE WrestleMania WWE

With the WWE WrestleMania hosts rumored up until 2027, there’s renewed hope that the PLE could be hosted in London, England.

In July 2024, London Mayor Sadiq Khan met with WWE COO Triple H and WWE President Nick Khan, with the possibility of the England capital city hosting WrestleMania being a topic of discussion.

Since those talks, there has been little movement on the plans, with a recent reporting stating that the frontrunner for WrestleMania 42 is New Orleans.

The report also notes that the Indianapolis is currently being considered to host 2027’s WrestleMania 43.

While there’s no confirmation of future plans, a representative for the London Mayor has revealed Khan’s current mindset towards WWE to the Daily Star newspaper, saying:

“London has great pedigree in hosting the biggest international sporting events from around the globe.

“The Mayor remains determined to bring even more sports from around the world to London, including the first international WrestleMania hosted by the UK, and continues to discuss future opportunities.

“The Mayor wants to cement London’s reputation as the undisputed sporting capital of the world, as we work together to build a better London for everyone.”

The report also notes that Wembley Stadium would be “the most likely and obvious” location for any future WrestleMania in London.

AEW All In took place at Wembley Stadium in August 2023 and 2024 with the 2025 PPV taking place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
