# Bryan Danielson Reveals ‘Odd’ Rule For WWE WrestleMania Celebration

At AEW All In on August 25, 2024, Bryan Danielson became AEW World Champion, celebrating his victory alongside his family.

Footage from the celebration can be seen below this news story, with Brie Bella joining her husband in the ring.

This was a marked difference from what Danielson experienced at WWE WrestleMania 30 in 2014 when the then-Daniel Bryan won the WWE Championship.

Speaking to [Justin Barrasso’s Undisputed](https://undisputed.substack.com/p/the-final-countdown-for-bryan-danielson), Danielson compared both events, saying:

*“It’s interesting to see all the differences and similarities between winning the belt now in AEW to winning the belt 10 years ago at WrestleMania 30.*

*“The moments were both super cool.*

*“My sister and my nieces got to come in the ring with me at WrestleMania. Brie was in Gorilla, and she was told not to come out. That was a little odd to me.*

*“This one at Wembley, I was overflowing with joy and gratitude. My son loves when I powerbomb him at the house. If I won, he said he wanted me to powerbomb him in the ring.*

*“I was going to, but he was too busy chasing the confetti. It was magic all the way around.”*

He would go on to reveal a moment that meant a lot to him involved fellow AEW star PAC, adding:

*“When I watched it back, one part that really meant a lot to me was seeing PAC smile.*

*“It’s hard to make PAC break. He’s so stoic. But he couldn’t help himself from smiling. It was cool to see Ben break.*

*“To be there with Claudio, who I’ve known for over 20 years, and Yuta, who I’ve become close with, it is hard to describe how much all that meant to me.”*

Following a recent attack by Jon Moxley, [Danielson is set to face Nigel McGuinness](https://wrestletalk.com/news/aew-bryan-danielson-challenge-nigel-mcguinness/) at AEW Grand Slam on September 25, 2024.
