WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025 Match Postponed

WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025 Match Postponed WWE

An additional match planned for the WWE Wrestlepalooza 2025 premium live event has been postponed and moved to a later date.

With five matches official on the lineup, it emerged today that a sixth was set to be added.

Official merchandise in Indianapolis for Wrestlepalooza listed a WWE Women’s Championship match with Tiffany Stratton defending against both Jade Cargill and Nia Jax in a three-way match.

The match looked to have been set up on last week’s SmackDown when Stratton and Cargill fought to a double count-out before they were both attacked by Jax.

However, it soon emerged that Stratton had picked up an injury during that match, and she had to be replaced at this past Tuesday’s NXT Homecoming show.

Tonight on SmackDown, the night before Wrestlepalooza, all three of Stratton, Cargill and Jax appeared and got into it on the mic.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis then came out to announce a championship match between the three of them.

However, that match will not take place at Wrestlepalooza, and is instead set for next week’s episode of SmackDown.

Considering the match is confirmed for next week, it’s unclear if this means it was postponed due to Stratton’s injury – because evidently she’s ready to go for next week – or just a decision made by WWE for a different reason.
