Zelina Vega has recently double-downed on her recent mockery of a fellow WWE star, comparing them to The Rock and Stone Cold.
During a recent appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Zelina Vega found herself unexpectedly drawn into criticism by LA Knight.
Speaking about being hard-hitting in the ring and considering himself an outlier in the locker room, Knight stated:
“You know what, look. No offence to Zelina here, but she talks about the nerds and the gamers and all this stuff and how’s she going to represent this stuff.
“That’s about all I see when I walk backstage. As far as I can tell, I’m the last of a dying breed.”
This would lead to an exasperated Vega replying:
“Okay, I never asked you nothing, first of all. So let’s start there. I don’t need to hear all that.
“All I know is, what I’m focused on, you can sit there [and] talk about what your favorite candy is and you can go off the same exact way.
“But either way, I got my eyes on Money in the Bank. Who you converse with, nerds, gamers, that’s your business.”
She didn’t particularly take kindly to Knight mentioning her, concluding:
“Concentrate on you, and I’mma stay concentrated on me. Keep my name out of your mouth.”
On Twitter, Vega was asked what she thought of Knight on The Bump, slamming him for being “Rock and Stone Cold Lite”, writing:
“I think he needs to worry less about the gamers and nerds and worry more about trying to be himself.. not Rock and Stone Cold Lite. He’s probably pretty neat under all that.”
LA Knight is one of three men currently announced for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match on the July 1 2023 show.
Joining him will be Shinsuke Nakamura and Ricochet with a fourth man to be decided in the match with a men’s championship contract on the line.
Zelina Vega will be joined by Becky Lynch, Zelina Vega and a fourth woman in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match for a shot at a women’s championship.
