Controversial former WWE superstar, Enzo Amore, took to Instagram to thank his supporters and announce his first live appearance since being accused of assault. Amore says he’ll appear in Time Square at 9 P.M. on Memorial Day and break his social media silence. Though, I’m pretty sure posting these messages constitutes breaking ones social media silence.

On top of several Instagram posts announcing his live appearance and praising his fans for their support, Amore also tweeted a letter from his attorney that declares his victory while further running down the credibility of his accuser.

While none of us were there, and it’s just as unfair to assume his guilt as it is to assume her integrity, now is not the time for pumping your fists in the air in victory. A lack of evidence is not the same as being proven innocent.
Both parties have maintained their version of the events, and siding with either party requires some degree of bias toward sympathy for the alleged victim or the celebrity of Amore.
