WWE’s Dominik Mysterio has revealed what advice he would tell his younger self when he was starting out in his wrestling career.
In 2025, five years on from his debut in the company, Dominik Mysterio stands as one of WWE’s top young stars, consistently receiving some of the loudest fan responses each week with WWE Intercontinental, Tag Team and NXT North American Title reigns under his belt.
With the future looking incredibly bright for “Dirty Dom”, he was asked during an appearance on the Towers of Power Pro Wrestling Podcast what advice he would tell his younger self, with his message being to just keep going on the path he’s on.
Mysterio said:
“I would tell myself to keep doing exactly what I’m doing. Because obviously it’s worked out. I would just say to keep being adaptable.
“I heard that when I was first starting, to just be adaptable so that always stuck with me.”

Mysterio’s WWE debut came at SummerSlam 2020, competing in a losing effort against Seth Rollins. He would then team with his father Rey Mysterio as a babyface for the next two years before turning heel at Clash at the Castle 2022, joining The Judgment Day.
Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Championship to John Cena on this past Monday’s WWE Raw after a 204 day title run, but still holds the AAA Mega Championship.
