Rowan was unable to perform at the WWE Live Event in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Monday, which all but confirmed he would be out for the count for the time being. It is currently unknown how much in-ring time he will miss, but a bicep tear typically has a recovery time of four to six months.
The superstar is not a stranger to surgeries, having undergone surgery for a torn rotator cuff in October 2016. Since then, he returned to WWE television in 2017, teaming with Harper. The two eventually became SmackDown Tag Team champions at WrestleMania 34, and held the titles until this week.
WrestleTalk wishes Rowan the best in his surgery and recovery.
