WWE may have just changed his name again but you can call him whatever you want at this point, Xavier Woods doesn’t mind!
Responding to fan comments online about WWE revealing that they have yet again changed his ring name, dropping the King Woods moniker in favor of returning to referring to him as ‘Xavier Woods’ the G4 host hopped on his Twitter to respond, writing:
“Call me King Woods, Call me Xavier Woods, Call me Austin Creed. May as well call me King Midas since everything I touch turns to gold ? and I look great in that picture, almost as good as in real life.”
As WrestleMania week rolls on into Friday’s edition of SmackDown, we’ll have to wait and see if there are further developments in the rivalry between the New Day, currently comprised of Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston after a horrific botch saw Big E suffer a broken neck live on air.
Woods and Kingston are scheduled to take on Ridge Holland and Sheamus on WrestleMania Saturday.
You can view the announced cards for WrestleMania Saturday (April 2) here, and WrestleMania Sunday (April 3) here.
