Yet Another WWE Star Out With Long-Term Injury

Yet Another WWE Star Out With Long-Term Injury

Is WWE cursed? With the amount of injuries that have cropped up since WrestleMania you could certainly come to that conclusion. Either that or everyone was working hurt because they did not want to miss the show of shows . . .

The latest in a long line of recent injuries (a list that includes, Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles, Ronda Rousey, Big E, Ali and others) is Nia Jax, who Pro Wrestling Sheet have reported will be out for “a while” due to knee issues.

According to their report, Jax is suffering from ACL tears in both of her knees and will have to undergo surgery in order to fix them. The typical time on the shelf with an operation like this is nine months but with both knees requiring surgery it could be even longer.

Jax acknowledged the injury on social media, posting a picture of herself and the words, “I’ll be gone for a while. Here’s something to remember me by” earlier this evening.

With Jax injured, Sasha Banks seemingly on her way out of the door and Ronda Rousey gone for the foreseeable future, WWE’s women’s division is undergoing a tumultuous period. Chances are that WWE will bolster the ranks this coming Monday and Tuesday in the annual Superstar Shakeup.

We would like to wish Nia Jax all the best during her surgery and recovery period.
