Since winning both the Raw and SmackDown Live Women’s Championships at WrestleMania, it’s fair to say that “Becky Two Belts” has cooled off a bit.
Cutting the same promo two weeks in a row and then getting floored by Lacey Evans isn’t how I’d have booked my new undisputed women’s champion, but what do I know.
Now that it looks very much like it’ll be Lacey vs Becky on Raw, we turn our attention to SmackDown Live, and to who Becky will feud with for her blue belt.
Well, hold onto your hats everyone, because it’s a bit of a shock…if you haven’t watched WWE for 5 years anyway.
In WWE.com’s preview of tomorrow night’s show, the following is one of the headlines:
Becky Lynch to come face-to-face with Charlotte Flair for the first-time since WrestleMania
For the first-time since their epic Triple Threat Winner Take All Match against Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania, Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will stand across the ring from one another.
Considering the chances that the two intense Superstars will come to blows, will there be anything left of SmackDown LIVE when The Man stands face-to-face with The Queen?
Because why would you want to push anyone else?
I get it, Charlotte and Becky are the biggest stars on SmackDown, but there are other women on the roster, even if it’s just to give Charlotte a bit of a break from the title scene.
