AEW World Tag Team Champions Matthew and Nicholas Jackson have commented on following Bryan Danielson vs. Will Ospreay at AEW Dynasty.
At AEW Dynasty, The Young Bucks defeated FTR to become three-time AEW World Tag Team Champions thanks to help from the returning Jack Perry.
This bout followed the first time ever meeting between Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson on the pay-per-view.
The Danielson vs. Ospreay match was critically acclaimed and considered by some fans as one of the greatest professional wrestling matches of all time.
In a new interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Matthew Jackson stated going on after a match like Will Ospreay vs. Bryan Danielson is just the type of challenge that gets them excited. He said:
“The building was shaking,”
“The louder it got, the more nervous we all got. Always happy for guys when they’re killing it, but I was certainly thinking, ‘How are we going to follow that?’”
“At this point in our career, it’s those types of challenges that excite us the most.”
The Young Bucks will team with Kazuchika Okada and Jack Perry of The Elite to face Team AEW’s Bryan Danielson, FTR and Darby Allin in the Anarchy In The Arena match this Sunday, May 26 at AEW Double Or Nothing.
Meanwhile, Will Ospreay will once again be on the pay-per-view card when he challenges Roderick Strong for the AEW International Championship.
