There has been an update on the rumoured location of next year’s WWE Royal Rumble event.
It had been reported recently that the event will likely be heading to Florida in 2024, with either Tampa or Orlando being the rumoured locations for the event.
In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), it is specifically Tampa that has been gaining momentum as the potential location for the event.
Fightful notes that talent have not been officially told where the show will take place as of yet.
Last year’s event took place in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, with Cody Rhodes returning from injury at number 30 in the match to punch his ticket to WrestleMania.
On the women’s side, Rhea Ripley won the Royal Rumble from entrant number one to win the Women’s Royal Rumble.
Ticket sales for WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia are set to go on sale next week.
We will provide the latest on the location of the event as it becomes available.
