Tegan Nox has commented on her losing effort against NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch on Monday’s (October 9) edition of Raw.
On this week’s show, Nox finally challenged for the NXT Women’s Title. This was a big opportunity for Nox, who only recently returned to the ring for the red brand for the first time since early-July.
Nox ultimately came up short, tapping out to Lynch’s Disarm-Her submission.
The rising star has now taken to Twitter to thank Lynch for the opportunity.
Refusing to give up, Nox wrote:
Gave it everything I had for you all tonight 💔
Thank you @BeckyLynchWWE …but I’m not done fighting yet.
This match had been postponed a week, with Lynch previously unable to compete after suffering an arm laceration in her match at NXT No Mercy.
At the September 30 premium live event, Lynch defended her gold against former champion Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules match.
