AEW star Kyle O’Reilly has thanked AEW President and CEO Tony Khan and the fans following his in-ring return on Collision.
On the March 16 edition of AEW Collision, Kyle O’Reilly defeated “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith in a competitive, hard hitting encounter.
This bout marked the first match back for O’Reilly since suffering a serious, career ending neck injury in 2022.
Ahead of his match, AEW President Tony Khan took to social media to express his excitement to see O’Reilly’s return.
On March 17, Kyle O’Reilly replied to Khan’s tweet and thanked him as well as the fans for his in-ring return. He wrote:
Thanks for the opportunity @TonyKhan and thanks to the @aew fans in Ottawa for making a guy feel missed. Also props to @bountykeith for bringing the fight— just what I needed.
Following his win, Undisputed Kingdom’s Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett and Matt Taven came out to celebrate with O’Reilly.
