A WWE legend’s son has commented ahead of his second ever WWE match on television, set to air tomorrow night.
Two former independent stars will take the ring together to face off on WWE television for the firs time on an upcoming episode.
While professional wrestling fans may know the names Karl Fredericks and Brogan Finlay from independent wrestling, the pair is now under contract with WWE.
And on NXT Level Up airing tomorrow (March 22), Eddy Thorpe (formerly known as Fredericks during his time in NJPW) and Uriah Connors (formerly known as Brogan Finlay) will go head-to-head.
Ahead of the match, the pair shared the match graphic on Twitter with their own comments to acknowledge the moment.
Connors, the son of Fit Finlay, wrote:
“All gas no breaks! This one for the homies🔥”
With a short time later Eddy Thorpe responding, writing:
“Hope you love to fight, kid 👊🏾”
This is Uriah Connors’ second match on WWE TV this month, appearing on March 5 in a losing effort against the recently returned Shawn Spears.
Since the match was already taped at NXT for future airing on Level Up, it is already known that in the end, Eddy Thorpe picks up the win over Connors.
