Then at AEW WrestleDream 2026, “Hangman” and Brodido avenged their loss with a win in a Two Out of Three Falls Match over Swerve and New Level to regain the gold.

With everything that has happened, their third meeting needs a major stipulation as well.

Here are four potential AEW stipulations for Hangman Page and Brodido vs. Swerve Strickland and New Level third meeting.

Elimination Match

“Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido now know Swerve Strickland and The New Level extremely well.

After the Two Out of Three Falls Match, the next step could be an Elimination Match.

There is a lot of stories that could be told with this stipulation based on their previous contests.

Having one team have to beat every member of their rival trio would be the best way to prove who is the better unit and could set up a “Hangman” vs. Swerve finale.

Steel Cage Match

The “Hangman” Adam Page and Swerve Strickland rivalry have dictated this trios feud.

The hatred between Page and Strickland has been palpable every time they have clashed.

Back at AEW All Out 2024, “Hangman” beat Swerve to win a Lights Out Steel Cage Match.

Going back inside the cage gives both teams the chance to settle the score once and for all.

Texas Death Match

Another stipulation “Hangman” Adam Page and Swerve Strickland are known for is a Texas Death Match.

Back at AEW Full Gear 2023, Swerve beat “Hangman” in one of the most bloody wars in company history.

The Texas Death Match has become identifiable with both men’s careers since then.

This first trios version of the stipulation would deliver an epic conclusion to this feud.

Escalera de la Muerte Ladder Match

The AEW World Trios Championships were put on the map in a lot of ways thanks to the Best of Seven Series between The Elite and Death Triangle back in 2022 and 2023.

That Best of Seven Series ended with the Escalera de la Muerte Ladder Match.

This stipulation has only been used twice in the history of All Elite Wrestling.

Swerve and New Level battling “Hangman” and Brodido in the Escalera de la Muerte will blow off this rivalry the right way.
