To open tonight’s episode of WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre revealed whether or not he actually has joined the Judgment Day.
After shaking hands with Rhea Ripley to close last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Drew McIntyre responded to fan fury in the opening segment of tonight’s show.
In an emotional (and rather factual) promo, Drew McIntyre stuck to his narrative regarding why he continues to refuse any truce with Jey Uso.
Saying that if he has true fans listening, they’ll agree with him and everyone else he doesn’t give a damn about, McIntyre went on to explain his actions from last week, costing Rhodes and Uso the tag team titles.
Noting the impact of having spent decades in the wrestling business and away from his family to only have his huge moment at Clash at the Castle ‘stolen’ by Usos’ family, he won’t ‘let it go’ as some suggest.
Leaving it in the crowd’s hands, McIntyre asked whether or not they thought he joined Judgment Day after having known him all these years.
When there was a decidedly inconclusive response between cheers and jeers, McIntyre mused that these fans obviously didn’t know much about him at all.
Revealing that he had NOT joined Judgment Day, he confirmed he is simply joining them for the WarGames match.
Later tonight, one man from each team will have a singles match to determine who gets the WarGames ‘advantage’, and the fifth member of the babyface team will be revealed.
