Rob Van Dam Reveals What Stephanie McMahon Told Him About Wrestling High

Rob Van Dam is well known for wrestling while high on cannabis, and he recently did an interview about that specific topic.

Speaking with the High Times, he revealed what Stephanie McMahon told him about doing so soon after he debuted in WWE, saying:

“She said, ‘Look if you’re going to get high, at least be discreet about it.’”

He also said that she told him to at least change his shirt because of the “pungent aroma”.

Rob Van Dam also spoke about how the downfall of ECW coincided with him dropping his dual championship after being arrested with 18 grams of marijuana and five Vicodin. He said:

“No trial, no nothing,” said RVD, noting his suspension coincided with the downfall of the WWE-revived ECW brand. “It was way better before I got busted. When I came back, it was going downhill fast to its ultimate destruction.”
